UK Prosecution Denies Reports Of Out‑Of‑Court Settlement In Poco Lee’s Sxx‑Related Assault Case
The United Kingdom Crown Prosecution Service has denied social media claims that dancer Poco Lee’s sxx‑related assault case has been settled out of court, and confirmed that the matter is still active.
According to Punch Online, prosecutors say Poco Lee is still scheduled to appear at Snaresbrook Crown Court on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 for his Plea and Trial Preparation Hearing.
Poco Lee faces five serious sxx‑related offense charges , two counts of Grape, one count of attempted Grape and two counts of assault by penetration. He has not been convicted, and all allegations remain before the court.
Recent online speculation claimed the complainant withdrew the case or that a private settlement had been reached, but UK prosecutors dismissed the rumours, and insisted that the court date stands
But why the shenanigans, this is not 1965, Nigerians are full of well educated and connected folks. They can't think they can pull illusions tricks in these times to fool anyone. An embarrassing case but that is why it is important to live right with God.
