The legal notice demands that all parties stop posting, sharing or amplifying content Lizzy considers false, harmful or defamatory. It also warns of further legal action if the alleged behaviour continues.
The notices are dated October 3, 2026 and accuse the recipients of publishing false and malicious content about Anjorin, her family and her businesses. According to the legal team, some of this material was shared to attract online traffic and make money on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
Some posts and live broadcasts also allegedly made criminal claims without any police report or court judgment to back them up.
Anjorin’s lawyers say the publications have exposed her to public ridicule, hurt her reputation and damaged confidence in her business interests.
The notices give the named people and platforms seven days to:
• Permanently delete all the disputed posts, videos, live broadcasts and reposts
• Publish a public retraction and apology with the same level of visibility as the original content
• Give a written promise not to make similar statements again
If they fail to comply, she warned she will take legal action and will demand ₦50 million in damages from each person or platform involved. She also plans to seek a permanent court order stopping further publications, recover legal costs, and possibly ask security agencies to investigate for possible criminal offences.
