Impressed by his integrity, the Nigerian Army rewarded him with ₦500,000, praising his honesty, discipline and professionalism. The commendation was presented on behalf of Major General Maxwell Dangana, Commander of Operation Enduring Peace, who said Terwase’s action reflects the values expected of every soldier.
