I have some good news to share. See this God ehn! He does things that leave me smiling in disbelief.
Gosh! How surreal is that?
In 2025, I simply started documenting the things I loved about Kenya and Stella advised me to write for posting and gladly shared my write-ups on her Instagram page and the blog. The Kenyan Ministry of Wildlife and Tourism saw them, appreciated them, tweeted about them and warmly welcomed me back to experience the wonder of Magical Kenya, not once but twice!
Fast-forward to October 2026. Stella kept sharing my stories from Kenya, and that gave them even more visibility and somehow, those little stories travelled further than I ever imagined.
I once told Stella that any account of my writing journey would be incomplete without mentioning her. Today, I say it again with a full heart. Thank you, Stella, for believing in my words, making room for them and helping them find an audience.
Above all, Jehovah Nissi, I praise Your name! I am grateful, humbled and excited. May I never take these opportunities, or the people who make them possible, for granted.
To God be all the glory. This is only the beginning!
