My dear it's not easy. I am not in a loveless marriage per say but I am made to sacrifice while his family live their lives to the fullest. I am tired of the same circle year in year out. He has a very good job and nothing stays at the end of the month. I take care of over 50% of our needs so where is the money going to? He doesn't drink, party or womanize but salary can't even last 3days. Every end of year he is owing one brother or his father a certain amount to be paid and the cycle continues. I planned my life so as to achieve different strides at a certain age but my whole life has been on stand still for the past 5years and I am tired. God please help me I don't like this feeling. I wish I didn't agree to this sham of a marriage. I can't continue like this.

My elder sis was enrolled in a public school because a cousin was living with us at the time and my father couldn't afford to pay school fees for my sister and our cousin. He didn't want the cousin to feel bad so he took a decision that affected his daughter.
Nobody has said don't take care of your parents and siblings but not at the detriment of your home. You should strike a balance. More so, why would her husband still be taking care of people who are financially sufficient ? So when will he invest, buy properties etc.
My dear, sit his ass down and talk to him. Start making demands.I repeat I understand what you are going through because this was the situation in my family. Where are all the people my dad took care of? Mstchew, we are the ones taking care of him !!! We built him a house.
