Breakfast Post

I am not eating much this Morning because I need to take it easy with Food,I prefer to eat better in the 'Noon.





Mrs Romas Darling whatagwan today for breakfast?.......I see you have lots of beautiful photos you compiled on your 'gram handle and wanted to ask if you can be sending me one for breakfast post with instructions on how you prepared it....Since we missed todays own,we can do one tomorrow if you dont mind?

  3. The devil is a liar, just when I'm about to comment about the great breakfast I'm having today, the breakfast post refuse to open on my browser

    So, for breakfast, I'm having amala with egusi soup. Inside the egusi soup is fish, ponmo and beef.. I'm going to wash it down with a bottle of chilled coke then lie naked... breeze has to enter my body very well cos the food is hot.. LMAO

  12. Hv been eating agree bread since morning.. That's d only thing I carve. Once I stop, I start packing saliva in my mouth. I am six weeks gone and ds morning sickness no be here. This Is my fourth pregnancy and d best so far. Previous morning sickness didn't allow me take anything. I always throw up. This one said na agree bread him want. I am in the third loaf now

    4. Yeah, high carbs food so that, especially bread, it makes you salivate. Try chewing on a spearmint or peppermint flavored gum afterwards. Try orbit, it'll eliminate the saliva.

    1. Replace your white bread with brown whole wheat bread.
      For your flat tummy take lip+Lennon juice+pure honey first thing in the morning and skip breakfast. You will come back and thank me in two months time.

    2. Squeeze lemon juice into a glass of warm water and take first thing in the morning.

      Dont use lime,its acidic.

Hmmm.I don't know what's wrong with me nowadays o.I crave for so many things..I woke up around 6am craving for waterleaf soup and was thinking of how to make it...in the next 20mins, I started craving for bitterleaf soup.Now it's party jollof rice that I'm craving for...Help ooo,What's should I ve for breakfast, Noodles to the rescue.

  30. I just dey observe, don't feel like cooking today abeg, let me use this bread and groundnut to hold body. But I would really love to have tuwon shinkafa with miyan karkashi that is laced with busheshen kifi and others orishirishi. Isssssssh I miss Gombe state wallahi.

  33. Don't really know, I perceive a pot pourri of aromas from downstairs. I'm not cooking today so I wait in 15 or thereabout for brunch. I've munched 2 frittata already and a chilled glass of pineapple and lemon. Not easy.

    My eye on the Sister Act first.
    First set over. Serena 6-Venus 4.
    2nd set as at now, 1 - 1. I am here.
    Venus serves ain't all that, looks like Serena is banging her 24th Grand Slam title in few minutes to come. I can hear the sound of victory coming.

  45. Stella if you want to eat less try drinking coffee with 30ml of double cream and a little bit of sugar for breakfast. Then if you are hungry eat like 30g of mixed raw nuts. Keeps me going till lunch time. Try it, you will lose weight.
