If you do this gastric surgery and u still eat anyhow and dont work-out, OYO is your name. Go watch the programme on TLC, you still need to put in the work. Its just a tool
DeleteIt was aided by surgery! You are required to lose a certain amount of weight before surgery and if she didn't continue to watch her diet and work out, she would not keep loosing the weight. So yeah, kudos to her. She looks real good.
