The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) says some UTME candidates have started using AI tools to forge or inflate their scores, and creating fake result slips that look convincing at first glance.
JAMB says that the fraud was discovered during routine verification, where several altered results were traced back to AI‑generated edits.
JAMB has now launched a strict crackdown, warning candidates, parents, and schools that any forged score — whether edited with AI or traditional software — will lead to automatic disqualification and possible prosecution.
The board also reminded the public that all genuine UTME results can be verified only through its official channels.

What these GenZ cannot do, does not exist.
