Nigerian Content Creator Justice Crack Remanded Until May 25th Over Explosive Soldiers’ Welfare Video
Department of state services has arraigned and remanded content creator Justice Mark Chidiebere, known as Justice Crack, over a viral video on soldiers’ welfare. He appeared before the Federal High Court in Abuja on Monday, May 4, 2026, facing three counts of cybercrime linked to a video he posted on X, where he relayed complaints from soldiers about poor feeding and welfare in the Nigerian Army.
He was first picked up by the Army last week after the video went viral for allegedly violating military social media rules and potentially causing discontent. The Army later handed him over to the DSS. In court before Justice Joyce Abdulmalik, he pleaded not guilty. The DSS alleges he knowingly spread false information to cause annoyance, ill will and possible unrest. The judge ordered that he remain in DSS custody, adjourning the case to May 25, 2026 for bail hearing and the start of trial.
I believe him. So this man just woke up one morning and decided to make up such a story. I doubt anyone apart from friends and family members think about soldiers feeding and general welfare. The honest truth is that most ppl do not think about military personnel to make up stories on them for content creation. Set that man free and go clean up your backyard. Hungry and undernourished persons cannot do effective work.
