There this young lady in asaba right now responsible for all the weight loss in government now. She place them on a special diet , specific exercises on key areas, depriving their bodies of salt, sugar and some other stuff. It's called the China study. She is very thorough but expensive. I wish I could afford her, need to loose 10kg.....lol
