      It's gotten this way
      1 is read off as "one 1" or 11.
      11 is read off as "two 1s" or 21.
      21 is read off as "one 2, then one 1" or 1211.
      1211 is read off as "one 1, then one 2, then two 1s" or 111221.
      111221 is read off as "three 1s, then two 2s, then one 1" or 312211.

    A. 312211 and 13112221
    B. It's counting the digits......... first number is 1..... only one 1 is there..... Next will be 11...... In 11, two "1"s are coming continuously, so next will be 21...... In 21, one '2' and one '1' is there..... Next will be 1211...... Here one "1" is there, one '2' is there..... and two "1"s are coming continuously...... Next will be 111221 and the sequence continues

    312211 and 13112221. The total of the first digit is written out, same with the 2nd digit and so on. Eg: 312211 is one digit(1) of Three (3),one digit (1) of one (1),two digits (2) of two (2) and two digits (2) of (1)= 13112221
