    1. Very well infact. I just saw his Anikulapo on netflix today and honestly, if one understands the rigours of filmmaking..you will applaud what he did! Amazing storyline, casts and execution. Not everyone appreciates awesomeness o! Not like they can do any better. Kudos kunle, the casts and crew!

    2. I saw cinemapointer review on Anikulapo saying recommended. Even if he didn't recommend, I am so watching it.Your review can't decide for me.

    3. All his movies that I have watched are trash. If he doesn't pay for reviews, who then over hypes them to the moon? Every time I think "this one may be good", I end up disappointed. I guess he has his fans but his movies are not for me.

    4. He doesn’t know that criticism helps you produce something better in the future. No one is perfect. Mistakes are taken note of when something is criticized and it’s for our learning.Kunle remove pride and Learn from the criticism. Too much pride written all over you. Even jagaban is still learning . Abeg comot

  2. Anybody that criticize this guy's work no Sabi better thing, his videos always have this rich feel, and the story lines make sense, he doesn't churn out rubbish, shala to my asabawood and yorrywood feem makers, senior men tchidi chikere and adekaz how's family 🤪

    1. Some scenes drag out way too long for my enjoyment

    2. Anonymous 15.51 you have said what I have always said about his films. Yes, good production bit the dragging just bores me out and discourages me from watching further or any film of his... for instance, his movie "figurine " excessively dragged out way too long , as you have said.i don't just get the concept of not being fast with scenes and getting straight to the point.

    3. Exactly! Or they show scenes that you think will be tied to a later part of the movie only to find out that it's not connected to anything

    4. Anonymous 20.40, when I see movies with disconnected scenes, I refer to such movies as "disjointed movies". That shit is so common with a lot of Nigerian movies. It just doesn't make sense.

  5. Mr Kunle, I always like your craft (even though your personality is somehow) cos your movie productions are one of the best in this country but know one thing there is no how good your movie is there will always be reviews either good or bad. Just take to the corrections there and work on that. No man is an island you hear, egbon?

  7. Everyone has A right to their different opinions. 1st off, you say you are not bothered, but ended up criticizing those who don’t like your movies. Well there you go, I DO’NT WATCH your movies. (For personal reasons) your last movie I watched was October 1. Your movies drag out too much and it becomes somehow boring.

    1. What did he do to you? Why are you going around and criticizing. If we find out now, you're not even great at your own work

    2. Are you minding him. Keyboard warriors

  8. There are some criticisms that are outrageous and undeserving. We need to learn constructive criticism or watch the movies and face front whether wack or not.
I stand with him on this.

  9. "For me I'm not bothered about reviews and stuffs"
I see most people pretend not to care when there are negative reactions. The truth is, if you appreciate positive reactions, you'd also be bothered about the negative ones.
Even George R.R Martin (American novelist) talked about how he used "negative" reviews as a catalyst for some chapters while writing Game of thrones.
You can never please all viewers, and learn to take constructive criticism.

  10. He is doing well. Movie making just like any other work is not easy.
Sir, there is always room for improvement. No one knows it all.

  11. Why not ignore them and continue doing your movie production?

  12. Mention Cinemapointer with your full chest, Kunle.

Nigerians hate it when their movies get bad reviews. Dey try calm down abeg.

  13. He's a good cinematographer churning out good movies, who shouldn't be bothered by the so-called critics that are not critical of themselves.

    1. Apt! Me i support kunle's films anyday anytime o! I dont mind the duration he takes in production. He knows his onions and in that industry, if you listen too much or get bothered by critics, no be them go help you pay for anti-depressant drugs or therapy. Abeg if lashing back at bad belle makes him feel better! Free him o! No be by force to watch film.Hes good and i. Am super proud of him.

  14. If I buy or watch a movie with my money I have a right to express my dissatisfaction.
    I like the guy though.
I suggest he should focus on making a difference and making improvements on his previous standards.

  17. A business man should expect and accept applaud and criticism in his business and work on both to better his business or craft except he isn't ready to grow....

  18. I enjoyed Anikulapo but the nudity was unnecessary. Even if a body double was used, i don't see the point. Must we copy oyinbo trend of nudity even the oyibos are trying to tone it down. For me the idea of sex is enough, we get it what's the point of boob and yansh display? Good job minus the nudity, a long movie but the end seemed rushed.

  19. We're those really boobs and butts that I saw or props?
