One of the reasons inflexibility is so stressful is that people have to achieve their goals through human beings who often have other, and differing or conflicting, ideas. If you tend not to be receptive to new ways of doing things because you view them as a personal rejection of your own ideas, ask Jesus the Great Physician to perform some corrective surgery on you. The Pharisees were the epitome of perfectionism and inflexibility. When they accused Jesus of not keeping the Sabbath, he said, 'The Sabbath was made to meet the needs of people, and not people to meet the requirements of the Sabbath' (Mark 2:27 NLT).

Question: How flexible are you? Are you so specific at home that your family stays on edge for fear of violating one of your endless preferences? Must the towels always be folded in a certain way? If plans need to be changed, does it send you into a tailspin or do you stop and consider that God may have a different plan? Don't try to justify your behaviour by hiding under the cloak of 'excellence'.

Yes, it's preferable and satisfying to get things done in the best manner possible; however, seek to understand when your behaviour leaves the realm of being 'excellent' and begins to border on being an 'inflexible perfectionist' who not only creates stress for yourself but for others as well. The word for today is - relax. Bend a little. Try going with the flow.

Why are some Nigerians greedy, mean and always ready to take advantage of others?
Not me wanting to patronize my neighbour and I found out that she inflated her price for the umpteenth time. Guess what? I returned back the stuff she sold to me for double its price to her only for me to get to where I buy stuff on a regular and it was still the same like most places.
She think say she don jam mugu but e no know say she be thief wey I fit burst her bubbles.
I went out to cut/barb my hair yesternight and the barber chap said the same thing about the Calabar woman. He said that she takes advantage of people cause there was a time he wanted to buy some powder for his shop and the said lady told him #1800. 😂🤣😹
The guy said that the price was shocking to him and he left her shop for the market only for him to get it there at the rate of #1100.
I loved that there was a corroboration of everything I have been saying all this while yesterday. I just don't like people that take advantage of every damn situation to fleece/extort others and that's on period.
How do some people even think? So you are selling something for double its price that almost everybody is selling considerably and your conscience is not even pricking you? That's all time distasteful!

Do not be swift to judge.
Mind what you say to people.
Show people more love and less hate.
Keep reaching out to people in the little way you can.
Do not ignore people in their lowest state.

Qualities such as moral discipline, decency etc. Was such a herculean task for them. Very weak men.

Ask yourself, what is it about you that a virgin would want to marry? Or do you think virgins do not have moral and godly standards they uphold in which they hold men that approach them to?

If you meet one who doesn't care about your lifestyle be very wary. Those are the types you marry only to later find out they have slept with so and so and then you scratch your head and act shocked wondering how a virgin with high morals could commit adultery while ignoring the fact that if she could marry someone like you despite her supposed holy lifestyle what is left for her not to do?
