INSIDE THE MIND OF A WOMAN GOING THROUGH MOTHERHOOD
I saw two videos from a school, and in the videos, the children were being badly beaten by bullies. As a mum, I was very sad and angry that someone could do that to a child.
I could just picture my child being treated like that and oh boy was I mad. I called the bullies so many terrible names in my mind, names that cannot be printed because I couldn’t just phantom why someone would treat another person like that.
I started to think about how I could raise my kids to stand up to bullies and fight back or just defend themselves in a way that they wouldn't find themselves being victims of such behaviour from another person.
Then it dawned on me that what if my kids were the bullies and I started to ask myself questions. Apart from raising my kids to defend themselves how do I raise them to be kind, compassionate, loving and caring .

These bullies didn’t just wake up one day to be bullies. Something went wrong from home. Something is wrong with their upbringing.
Someone or a parent who is supposed to be responsible for them might not be doing a good job.Now I know some kids do turn out badly despite all the parents' good efforts but still there is something or influence responsible for this.

Before you exonerate yourself and think you aren’t that kind of parent. Think of how you treat people generally. People you think are beneath you, people that work with you, your domestic staff. How you handle conflict with people.
If you've ever trolled anyone here or anywhere, you are also bully. Children learn more from observation. Please let's show our kids what genuine kindness is. Let’s model the behaviour we want to see in them.

MISTAKES LADIES MAKE IN THE NAME OF MARRIAGE 

MARRYING AN OLDER MAN:

I don’t think marrying older men is bad but marrying someone that is old enough to be your father or older than your father, I'd a bit tricky.

Long term physical and ideological discrepancies will set in. Take care.

PLEADING, BEGGING AND CRYING FOR MEN to marry them; 

My Dear Daughters, you don’t have to do all that to make him marry you, if he is interested he will ask you himself, you don’t have to beg or plead. Beggi g shows your level of despair. You immediately loose value in his sight.

Now if you don't mind then it doesn't matter.........

COOKING FOR THE GUY YOU ARE NOT MARRIED TO, Just to cooking for him once in a while is not an issue. But if  becomes a regular pattern then you are a mumu girl. Na your Ekwang wey you cook e go take give the girl wey yi love. Foolish tin.

 NOT QUITTING AN ABUSIVE RELATIONSHIP:

Dear Daughters, the guy that is interested in you will never abuse you in any way because he loves, and he is willing to spend the rest of his life with you. I mean mental, financial and even physical abuse.

MOVING IN WITH A MAN THAT YOU ARE NOT MARRIED TO, thinking that moving in with him will make him love you. 

My Dear Child, you are mistaken because that will never happen. You can even bare children in that position and be told he is getting married in kumba, next week. Stay for a short time to know the man's weaknesses and habits, not with the intention to push him to marry you. Error!

DATING A MAN FOR A LONG TIME WITHOUT TALKING ABOUT YOUR FUTURE TOGETHER, or where your relationship stands.

 SHARING ALL YOUR SECRETS TOO EARLY:

Sisters always talk too early. They always like to share their past stories with the men they barely know.

This early reveal is not healthy at all. Most men are not mature like that. No talk too early. Observe learn and operate.

UNFRIENDING YOUR FRIENDS BECAUSE OF A MAN YOU ARE IN LOVE WITH:
