The way God designed and fashioned the female body is beyond human understanding.
Yesterday, while standing beside a beautiful nursing mother in the market, attempting to purchase something from the seller, I observed that her shirt from the bre*st angle was really wet and dripping with bre*st milk as she caught my attention.
She then said to the seller,
"Madam, please hurry up, see my bre*st is beginning to hurt and my baby is crying at home, needing my care."
Before anyone could grasp the situation, This fine woman quickly pulled out her phone from her bag to call her husband and check on their baby 📱👶🏻💬, and he confirmed that the baby had been crying inconsolably.
As a matter of fact, I could hear the baby's crying voice over the phone. And I was struck by the thought, " Women are indeed uniquely talented."
Women are naturally endowed with exceptional abilities. It is truly admirable.
So sweet 🥰
That bre*st signal is 100% accurate, much like a reliable baby alarm clock.
The manner in which our bodies provide updates akin to notifications is remarkable.
God has indeed wired us uniquely. Motherhood is a profoundly beautiful experience. 🤱♀️👶💕
My admiration goes to all nursing mothers. You are truly exceptional!
My thoughts are with those awaiting the blessing of children. May God grant your hearts' desires.

Every worthwhile relationship can experience problems.
With that in mind, it's important to recognise this:
(1) Problems are inevitable, normal and potentially beneficial. They're inevitable because relationships bring together very different people. They're normal because all relationships, including great ones, go through ups and downs. And they're potentially beneficial because, handled effectively, the relationship can grow through problems.
(2) Generally speaking, there are three problem-solving styles.
(a) The avoid style. These are the 'don't-rock-the-boat' kind of people. They bury their feelings without realising those feelings will undoubtedly rise again down the road. They go from clam up, to build up, to blow up, inviting mental, emotional and physical side effects. Meanwhile, the problem keeps growing, and the unfinished business erodes the relationship.
(b) The attack style. These are the 'get-them-before-they-get-you' people. They're fighters who refuse to concede, so they inflict wounds on each other, wounds from which it can be hard to recover. The Bible says, 'If you keep attacking each other...you will destroy yourselves' (Galatians 5:15 CEV). Why? Because attack begets counterattack, and nothing gets resolved.
(c) The approach/assert style. These are the 'no-price-is-too-high-to-maintain-a-good relationship' people. They're sensitive to other people's feelings while insisting that both parties deal directly with the important issues. They avoid blame fixing, attack the issue instead of the individual and invite others to partner with them in solving the problem and strengthening the relationship. Try it - it works!

For those of us with asthma, biko let's do all we can to prevent having an attack, or flare ups because this rainy season doesn't favour us healthwise (especially at night). Avoid triggers like dust, strong scents (like perfumes and incense), smoke, some foods and drinks. Bathe with warm water, and also stay warm at all times (sweaters and socks is neccessary). When sleeping elevate your head, steam with hot water to open your airways (do not add essential oils to it). Always have your inhalers (controllers and relievers) with you, and at night it should be very close to you (on your bed or bedside drawer). And please, wear masks when outdoors. May God heal us. AMEN.
