Ever since then I get peace with my life
I started staying off social media because I was overwhelmed with schoolwork and work., but the thing is, the more I stay off, the more I do not want to come back. I use to pop in once a while to post proof of life but even that is becoming a herculean task sef. I have way more now than I have before so it is not out of lack. The peace I have now is un matched. I prefer to relax with movies than social media. If you want peace of mind, stay away from social media.
ReplyDeleteMe too. Everyday IG sends me reminder emails to check messages waiting for me and I wonder why. I am not an influencer and have an extremely small following. I realized that social media is full of bots now, so they need humans on it to make it work. I think the experts are saying that there are more bots than humans on every social media platform now.
DeleteMy brain can't take the overabundance of information anymore. It's too much stimulation and I don't think it is healthy for the brain at anytime to be so overstimulated.
