The children welfare is the paramount factor in very nearly all lands.
In some countries, and in Nigeria, custody can be granted to grand parents or the State if the biological parents are unfit to be granted custody.
Needless to say, custody is granted to fathers even in lands where women are acclaimed to have the upper hand in matrimonial matters.
Custody is not the automatic right of a biological mother.
Custody to a woman who has a man in the house who has said publicly he cannot do without his kpo?

DeleteThese children are very young. She is hanging around and posting pictures with people who have admitted liberal drug use. Being apart from those children will lead to poor coping with substances and thus loss of custody. This separation may go on for years as the substance use deepens and they are being passed around rivals. The social media lifestyle is a source of income but her own version takes chemicals to fuel. The people hailing these loud moves are with their own children. Is it until her sibling's accuse her of being too cold or hot towards their own children that she will realise she has been used enough?
Engage serious lawyers, repair your image and prepare for the legal hurdles ahead.
This is how snow white was deceived till she received some sense. It's not about him being a senator but a safe drug free environment for minors where violence is not the order of the day. Pictures of bruising which can be obtained from falling down the stairs drunk won't move the legal needle.

ReplyDeleteI don’t like the way she went about but maybe it’s working. Her followers are largely Gen Z and content creators. She’s creating content and others and creating content off of her stories and updates or lack thereof. A more tasteful update might have been a brief press release thanking the public, fans, friends and family for supporting her and saying something along the lines of:please give us time to work through… or something.. I wish her all the best.

She is on a downward spiral but she doesn't know yet,it will get clearer and n about 5 years time and by then it will be too late for her,her marriage to that guy (Ned) is already over and she is the real loser,she has nothing to prove to the world or Ned because neither really cares about her,she just has to slow down,restrategize and find a true cause to involve herself in and also let her family know that the free "goodies" data are over,she is still a pretty girl but not just as before,she is now a "trophy" girl for every guy in Nigeria to try and knack and don't be surprised when the stories of "multiple" knackings begin to surface. She needs to be wise now and strategic rather than making noise on the internet.
