Man Caught On Abuja Bound Flight With Money He Stole From Another Passenger

A flight to Abuja was delayed after a passenger was caught with money he stole from another passenger. Passengers were seated and waiting for take-off when an expatriate noticed his N290,000 Naira was missing from his bag.

He told flight attendants that his bag had moved from the compartment above his head to the next one and he could not find his money.

A woman two seats away said she saw the man next to her take the bag and move it.
‎The accused man denied it, but a search found the money under his seat. The flight was delayed about 20 minutes while airport security was called to remove the thief. Passengers reported that he appeared nervous and was sweating heavily while waiting for security.

    1. How does mentioning the airline name change or add to the narrative? What difference does it make whether it is IbomAir or BritishAirways or EthiopiaAir?

    3. Funny you are more concerned about the name of the airline than the name of the name of the thief.
Was it the airline who stole the money?

  9. Thank goodness the woman who saw was willing to speak up and she got her money back. Sometimes ppl stealing from others do not even know what they are stealing. That could have been money to pay for surgery, rent, or to help bury a loved one.
