ReplyDeleteBeautiful woman. How can one be rich and still maintain excellent weight. If I see 20k in my account and eat correct akpu for one week, my tummy will be bigger than my bumbum.
ReplyDeleteI wonder too.
DeleteThe moment I have 10k that is not budgeted for anything, my cravings will rise on their feet pushing me to buy this and that which will definitely result to big belle, what will I now do when I have amassed wealth like the wealthy Nigerians???
I go need una prayers be that
It's actually easier for rich people to stay fit or have "excellent weight". This is because of the abundance mentality and they get to actually eat the right things for them. The person managing on the other hand, usually eats / lives with scarcity mentality. They end up seeing big meals as reward of some sort. Try telling a person on survival mode to have crackers and maybe green tea for breakfast lol... When yesterday okra and eba dey pot ... I have honestly not seen an overweight female billionaire or wife of a billionaire.
DeleteOprah enjoyed her food with her money. Anyhow, when you’re rich just have gym, personal trainer and dietician. Tell the cook which diet you are on and they will cook your meals accordingly.
DeleteLike the other BV stated, I also think it is easier for the rich to maintain thinness because it is expected in their class and they have much more structured lives with more support. Plus they can afford to go to health farms and eat 800 calories for a few weeks while the nanny cares for their children until they return.
Hahahaha 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Zaram leave me abeg.
DeleteNice one
ReplyDeleteCongratulations to them. One thing I notice during this seyi birthday is that,he learned the rope well from his dad, seyi is building men, there's nobody that came across him that he didn't have positive impact on the person's life. See plenty testimonials people are giving about this man
