May his soul rest in peace π
ReplyDeleteRemaining one daughter.
DeleteGod of revenge. Wipe the enemies of Biafra.
Tribalism will be the end of some people. Mind you, this man lived well , pray you live well and even to his age. So many people are living below 50s in Nigeria,so yes,he lived a long and eventful life.
DeleteAnon 10.54, are you sure you are going live up to his 62yrs? Moreover the remaining daughter, Dr Awolowo-Dosunmu is about 75yrs old. I am sure you are one of the begger-BVs here. You will live to 100yrs as a destitute. Amen
DeleteAnon 10:54, it takes an extreme level of stu.pidit.y for one's brain to even conjure up such idioti.c comment.
DeleteAt no time while typing, did you ever pause to even think about what you were writing?
If it's the likes of you intellectual buffoons that I will be in Biafra with, I rather remain stateless.
Stella please post my comment.
It is 1 - 1. God is not asleep.
DeleteAll who suffered the Igbos with Biafra will pay. The count down has started π
His exit wasn't abrupt, Stella. He's been sick for some time now.
DeleteMay his soul rip.
Sick or not, at 62 its still abrupt. And like Alibaba said, he was truly a very fine gentleman, and we dont mean looks.
DeleteLearn the messing of the word abrupt first.
Delete10:54, that's not a good comment.
Delete*Ecclesiastes 7:2* "It is better to go to the house of mourning, than to go to the house of feasting: for that is the end of all men; and the living will lay it to his heart."
*Hebrews 9:27*, "It is appointed unto man once to die and then, judgement."
Segun Awolowo is not responsible for the sins of his grandfather, Chief Obafemi Awolowo who was called the 'Father of Tribalism vm' by Fela.
*Romans 14:12* says "So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God".
Even in the OLD TESTAMENT;
*Deuteronomy 24:16* "The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, neither shall the children be put to death for the fathers: every man shall be put to death for his own sin".
*Jeremiah 31:30* "But everyone will die for his own iniquity; every man who eats sour grapes, his teeth shall be set on edge".
God said: "My spirit shall not abide in man for ever, for he is flesh; his days shall be a hundred and twenty years". (Gen. 6:3).
This due to ravaging evil nature of human beings.
Rest in peace sir

Make we do this tribal rubbish, body will tell una.

I only enabled this comment to respond to your stoopidity....You are a phool for saying that i am lying........Do i know you to give a damn or lie to you......I bear the pain of losing my friend and seeing his wife making posts every eke market day crying for his return when she knows he wont come back..........
DeleteUnfortunately i cannot refer your idiot to his page to go and troll a woman in pain.......
I pray that what happens to IBE happens to you or ur family member...AMEN
Keep coming back t type in anon to support yourself..its better u stop commenting cos i will not enable u...go to Instagram and display your madness there.....
DeleteReceive sense! Nobody is leaving this earth alive. You're the only one being engulfed by tribal hatred!
DeleteAnd Igbos are celebrating as how?
DeleteSomeone died (which is eminent to all and sundry), you're saying Igbo are celebrating? Is your brain functioning well at all? Is this dead person or his family responsible for Nnamdi detention? Provide answers please
Bringing tribalism to a post about mourning really shows how much of a low life and an idiot you are. Tueh!!!!!!
Some of una on this social media are just dead brains
The fact is that it is only a very small percentage of Igbos who support this Biafra agenda.
DeleteCome to Facebook and see people celebrating over the judgment. People who have lost loved ones, people who can't go back to their homes, people whose properties have been destroyed.
Personally, i lost my cousin because he dared to open up his shop on a Monday. He was abducted in broad day light and killed like a dog. These IPOB people even had the guts to demand ransom before his body was released.
You can't say you are fighting for your people and then go and start killing the same people. Women, elderly people, even children weren't spared by unknown gun men.
You guys can't start twisting the facts now. We remember how IPOB youths stormed police stations and prisons to free hardened criminals. They then conscripted these criminals into their gang. Killing and maiming all the way.
The blood of the innocent lives have been crying from the grave. God has finally answered.
All you IPOB sponsors and sympathizers should be careful, lest calamity befalls you.
It has always been tribalism with you people where Igbos are concerned, to the extent that these days, many of you, will use an Igbo name, or comment as Igbos, to stirr on tribal feuds. Are you people not tired. Igbo this, Igbo that. You will be surprised is a Yoruba person that made that statement of remaining one child, cos trust I am not sure we Igbos even know, there was another child, so its someone close home, that divulged this, hiding behind Igbos. Haba, you guys should shealth your hatred towards Igbos, its getting demonic. It can only be demonic, fighting battles, you were not there when it started, you were not born and yet now you ve grown, you not only inherited it, continued it, and many of you already transferring it to your kids. You will find small kids of between 8 to 16 yrs, saying to their classmates OMO IBO, in a derogatory way and you would be wondering, may God help all of us in this country, what is this!!!.
DeleteCongratulations to him, he has escaped Nigeria and it's bandits wahala. He has gone to a land where there's no bandit or ransom
ReplyDeleteLols Anon isi giniπ what is the color of your eyes sefπ
DeleteMay his soul rest in peace though
He didn't escape in any good form.
DeleteDid you think of his aged Momma before posting this?
Good night Mr Segun.
God rest your gentle soul.
Xhlrted P
Rest in peace to him
ReplyDeleteI remember Abbah Folawiyo, one of the high society women that graced the magazines that I read in the late 90s and early 2000s. May God console her.
Me too, I didn't even know Abba Folawiyo was married to the Awolowos, the fashion show mama herself, back to back during ovation days.
DeleteSo sorry for her loss.
Aba was not married to Segun's dad. Story plenty but she nearly did not have him. Initially the pregnancy was rejected due to classism but later accepted as Segun's dad died before he was born. Segun sef get for body but he made the 80s news worthy IYKYK.

No mother deserved the death of a child, he was her only child. This is too sad. May his soul be a rest and may God comfort the family. Amen
