Do you believe in Bathing your Baby/Child everyday*
When I had my babies, I was told not to bath everyday and the days I did was told not to use soap every day...I was putting milk and olive oil in the water....It was so scary cos of how slippery the water became...…

At what age did you stop bathing your kids and letting them bath themselves....
I stopped bathing my bambinos at age 5...I would use the sponge on their backs and let them do the rest....I regulate the water from the shower and they are good to go....What age did you stop? or at what age will you stop?
I loved shower time cos 30 minutes after, I would put them in bed and go and get a life!
As a father do you/did you per take in bathing the kids?
Not yet a mother but yes, I believe in bathing them every day. Morning and night
ReplyDeleteThat bathing and slippery incident use to scare the jack in me.....( even during child birth in hospitals) soo
ReplyDeleteI think a man shouldn't be allowed to bath below 1year old babyoooo......
While growing up my mom made me bath my siblings if soap dey your back you will go and start afresh...
we grew up taking our bath well and I think I'm gonna help my wifey bath the kids ( 2year above(once in awhile if I'm free not bad.
Bath everyday. I no dey follow oyibo, even adult oyibo some don't bath everyday due to winter.
ReplyDeleteI bathe my kids sometimes ( they are not teenagers yet) and other times, I supervise them.
ReplyDeleteSupervising their teeth brushing is also important. I noticed brown stains on my son's lower teeth & took charge. We began brushing lessons all over again and he has improved now 🦷
I’ve always bathed my kids everyday since they were born! The African in me couldn’t even listen to the doctors that said it wasn’t necessary
ReplyDeleteMy son was bathed in the morning and mopped at night as a baby.
ReplyDeleteAs he grew older we do twice or thrice depending on the weather and I stopped bathing him fully when he clocked nine.
I bathed my babies every day, morning and night. That was just the normal thing as far as i knew. I can't remember when precisely, but I know i stopped for the 1st 2 before they were 10 years old. With supervision, though. But this my last baby na agbaya, she'll be 11 next week and she still likes me to bathe for her though she does it well by herself. So i still do it once a while.
