Not true please. There are different measures/scales of intelligence. I've had the experience. The level of exposure plus the competition cannot be matched by most of these badly managed and funded govt schools. These a flip side tho...some of the more expensive schools also tend to have a fall in quality as well due to the 'rich man's factor

It depends on the Teacher capability and how the knowledge is being impacted to the pupils/student
The best thing you can do for your kids is to enroll them in a good School with a good Foundational class ( Nursery and Primary).
