EFCC Seeks Final Forfeiture Of $13m Linked To Bizwoman Aisha Achimugu's Company
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) is seeking the final forfeiture of $13 million linked to Oceangate Engineering Oil and Gas Ltd, associated with businesswoman Aisha Achimugu; the Federal High Court in Abuja has fixed March 25, 2026 to deliver judgment on the application.
