  1. Lemme bring this question here again.
    Thank you Stella.

I'll be 36 in months time.
On a norm my breasts gets fuller a week before my menstruation and as I start to flow they gradually get back to the normal size.
For two or three times in a row now it's different.
A week before it gets full, during the flow it doesn't go to its normal size and after the flow it gets fuller and I don't know when it goes back to normal.
But this current one now, I stopped flowing on the 24 of December and my breasts are so full and have formed seeds inside, the normal breast seeds with soreness and it's getting fuller.
My breasts that normally don't full my palms are now pouring out of my palms(I wish they'll remain this way without the pain because my breasts to small and I like big breasts).
I was forced to do pregnancy test even though I know it's not possible I'll be pregnant and it came out negative and no symptoms of pregnancy.
I googled and see possible reasons but I'm ain't convinced.
Please, is there anyone with such experience and what was the outcome of it?
Please, I need info before I'll think of heading to the hospital.

    1. I believe so. There are always less competitive schools who are open to educating individuals at all levels of qualification and mature students. Check NOUN and pay more focus to the less competitive school. Competitive schools may also have openings but you may need to study for a longer period. Reach out to the admissions department of the schools that you are interested in.

  3. I am a dark skin lady in my 30s with a little sensitive skin and oily too. I want to get small skin care products, I look older than my age from stress but then I would like to glow as well. My go to has ever been coconut oil and shea butter. I have a dark eyes circle as I wear recommended glasses. Can someone put me on a good routine.

    1. Are you asking for your face only or with your body?
Is your oily skin acne prone?
These answers will help with the right skin care products to recommend.
For your oily face please quit the coconut oil. It will clod your pores.
Use a mild cleanser with salicylic acid and ceramides like Cerave foaming cleanser, neutrogena oil free cleanser, cetaphil SA cleanser, Facefacts blemish foaming cleanser.
Next step is toner but it’s not compulsory. Acwell licorice toner is very effective for sensitive skin.
Next is moisturizer. Use oil free moisturizers like Cosrx oil free moisturizer( this is my holy grail. It’s so soothing and calms the skin), facefacts hydrating gel cream( the blue color), neutrogena hydro boost water gel, Cerave oil free moisturizer.
Last but important step is sunscreen. Do not skip suncreen especially in this hot Nigerian sun. Skin aqua UV spf 50+ is very good for oily skin. Larochay posay is also effective.

For night time, use actives like lactic acid and azelaic acid to help remove dead skin cells then you can progress to using retinol.

Please change your pulped cases regularly and using a disposable paper towel to clean your face.
      Hope this helps.

    1. That's teenage age calling dear.
I have same situation in my hands now 😊
What I did? I sat my boy down and we talked about body hygiene and we got deodorant.
You can do same & get her roll on & perfumes for kids. Also ensure she bathes well, washes armpits & under thighs well with soap & sponge 🧼
Don't relent in supervising her & do it with fun 🥳

      Delete
    2. If you are speaking about armpits you can get the crystal salt deodorant or any aluminum free one. You have to show her the parts of her body to pay extra attention to. Washing under her armpits, neck, private parts, buttocks and everywhere. Washing her face with soap. Children do not automatically know how to wash themselves well, you have to show them and explain to them. If she is a chubby child she has to even pay more attention to hygiene than everyone else, as there are creases in her body that sweat will lodge in and cause odours if it is not washed away. Please show her!

You can also get the travel size baby wipes that she can take to school bag to wipe her face and neck.

      Delete
    3. Maybe she should stop using any cream for now, the weather is too hot. This will reduce the sweating and the smell. Get her Eva toilet soap and a good deodorant like Nivea. Make sure she shaves her armpit if she has pubic hair already - it causes smell. Also make sure she cleans up with water or tissue paper each time she goes to urinate - not cleaning it also causes smell.
She is still a child so please teach her gently with love.

    4. The only cure I know for any armpit odour is soak the armpit with antibacterial soap like dettol 30mins before bathing and wash like 3 times scrubbing each armpit to a count of 30 pat dry then use sure 72hr spray .finito

    5. For the armpit, apply lime and wait for 30mins before rinsing then bathing

    1. Eat more of natural food (farm grown), take fresh fruits and vegetables regularly, sleep well and exercise regularly.
Above all, have peace of mind - try your best to always be relaxed and happy. Stress and poor sleeping habit destroys your immune system.

  11. Hello fam, I know this may sound funny but does anyone know any salons that open at night in Lagos?

Like if I want to braid by 7pm after work? I don't understand why things are do limited here.

Gym, restaurants, daycare, etc open 24 hrs abroad, with people running shifts. So they can do other things during the day such as school or other jobs.

Now I gave to sacrifice my weekends and traffic just to get to and fro a place. So sad.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. The security condition abroad is NOT the same in Nigeria. If 24hrs service is practiced in Nigeria, the workers would be exposed to frequent attacks at night without any help.
Also the power supply is not available 24hrs like it is abroad. The business cannot run generator all night when customers won't even show up due to fear.

      Delete
    2. Remember that safety and security is the reason why those conveniences are not easily available. However, here in the abroad there are many travelling hairdressers who will travel to where you live and do your hair in your home. Obviously, the travel cost is added into the overall cost, so it will be a bit higher than if you go to their salon, but far more convenient. If you have a hairdresser you have a good relationship with, ask if they are willing to travel or knows anyone who does travel hairdressing. Many university students braid hair on the side to make some quick cash, you can ask coworkers and friends if they know anyone. This will be easy to access if you live in a central place that is easy to access and not somewhere far out.

      Delete
    3. Go to a very well known saloon and book a braider/stylist to your house to braid you. Please don't book on line,GOD forbid you book an oloshi and oloriburuku omo.

Just boil it then make use of the water.

    3. Blanch it , before squeezing out and drinking the juice cos raw ones contain cyanide a chemical or whatever that can damage your eyesight.

    4. 'Hospital too far' leaves are very healthy ( I mean the one they call iyana ipaja)
But it's not advisable to wash & drink the juice. I did it once but an Iya lagbo (herbal specialist) advised I cook and eat them instead. She said the leaves are highly concentrated reason it scratches when you cut it with bare hands 🫱🫒
