And they wake up early again to beat traffic.

  5. Has he woken up? Or the gbim sound his vehicle made wasn't enough to wake him up? ๐Ÿคฃ

Reminded me of one of my trips in a commercial vehicle from Makurdi to Abeokuta. Around Benin-Ore road the driver started dozing off. The kind of brutal slap the woman sitting on the front seat beside him gave him thundered through the vehicle. We had to find a spot to force him to park so he could sleep for an hour or so. He had carried passengers from Abeokuta to Makurdi and arrived around 2am that very morning. Management still insisted he drove again even though it was obvious he was exhausted.

    3. @DOGgedity, this reminds me of when we went to a party in Vienna in 2018. They got us a minibus to take us 4 adults and 5 children back to our hotel. Driver no understand English and we sef no understand German๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ. Na so my cousin sitting beside driver saw him dozing...on a foggy winter night o. The prayer we prayed that night! My cousin just continued to speak to him till we got to base even though he didn't understand.

  7. I remember the day I saw a driver fast asleep at the wheel, green light to go, no go. All the honking other cars did no move, someone had to knock on his window and he woke up. All this happened on the busiest street on a sunny day around noon.

  8. Thank God, there were no casualties. The way some people endanger their lives and that of others baffles me at times.
