Elijah got so low that he wanted to die. Here's the threefold prescription God gave him to rise up:
(1) Refresh yourself. 'An angel touched him and said, "Get up and eat." He looked around, and there by his head was some bread baked over hot coals, and a jar of water. He ate and drank and then lay down again' (1 Kings 19:5-6 NIV). Elijah was exhausted. He had just fasted for a long time, so his body was weakened. He had also run a long way to deliver the good news of his victory over the pagan prophets, adding to his physical weakness. Adequate rest and a balanced diet can do wonders for your life.
(2) Focus on God. When you take your eyes off God and focus on yourself, you amplify every difficulty you encounter and disregard the one who can solve every problem you have. God told Elijah, 'Go out and stand on the mountain in the presence of the LORD' (1 Kings 19:11 NIV). One minister notes, 'When God has your ear, he can speak into it. When God has your heart, he can minister to it.'
(3) Attend to others. God told Elijah, 'Anoint Hazael king over Aram. Also, anoint Jehu son of Nimshi king over Israel, and anoint Elisha...to succeed you as prophet' (1 Kings 19:15-16 NIV). Perhaps you need to find someone to minister to. You're not the only one who has problems; there are people in worse straits than you. If you want to see the haze of depression dissipate, stop looking within and begin looking outward.

Unfortunately his wife's sister started blackmailing him for good 3years in that process he saw her through school and pay heavy bills. Something shocking happened 3days to this Christmas his wife's sister is getting married traditionally this February to his closest friend's younger brother that based in diaspora, his wife's sister has being pleading 🙏 for him not to expose her to the family of her newly husband the man's closest friends. Days after days she started sending him nnde pishur and luring him in for free sxx as a pay cheque but she's not ready to leave her old ways too. Finally he agreed to sxx with her but on the deal the man came to the scheduled location with the husband to be too Every family member are blaming the man as a betrayal and his wife threatening to divorce him as I write. ReplyDeleteOn a norm my breasts gets fuller a week before my menstruation and as I start to flow they gradually get back to the normal size.
For two or three times in a row now it's different.
A week before it gets full, during the flow it doesn't go to its normal size and after the flow it gets fuller and I don't know when it goes back to normal.
But this current one now, I stopped flowing on the 24 of December and my breasts are so full and have formed seeds inside, the normal breast seeds with soreness and it's getting fuller.
My breasts that normally don't full my palms are now pouring out of my palms(I wish they'll remain this way without the pain because my breasts to small and I like big breasts).
I was forced to do pregnancy test even though I know it's not possible I'll be pregnant and it came out negative and no symptoms of pregnancy.
I googled and see possible reasons but I'm ain't convinced.
Please, is there anyone with such experience and what was the outcome of it?
Please, I need info before I'll think of heading to the hospital.
