The villagers quickly mobilised, blocked the entry routes and refused to allow the attackers into Gurbi, forcing the bandits to retreat. But as the criminals turned back, they opened fire on people fleeing from nearby Nagodi, killing several residents before escaping.
Community members later recovered the bodies and expressed frustration that security operatives arrived only after the tragedy.
Despite the loss, the people of Gurbi say they will continue to defend their land as bandit attacks persist across the area.

Very good, it's a welcomed move, let every community protect themselves
