Cleric Confesses In Coup Trial : Says He Collected Money To Pray For The Success Of The Coup
Sani Abdulkadir, one of the defendants in the alleged coup plot against President Bola Tinubu, admitted in court that he collected money to pray for the success of the plan.
In a video played during the trial, Abdulkadir said he warned the suspects that their mission would fail because they would be sabotaged from within.
