Only the govt can regulate the space like China and Korea did. Mmmm
When the government wanted to put some form of regulation in place sometime ago, Nigerians shouted they were about to be gagged, freedom of expression and all .... and the government backed down.

But the problem is if it is our stupid yeyebrity that is causing it,why do Nigerians jump on the band wagon? We just like to major in the minor.
