Moreso, as someone connected to government: the security forces find a way to release these devils... All it takes is for somebody to call somebody, that will call somebody, that knows somebody... Then he is released, restrategizes, and the circle continues...
The only thing that will put an end to all these is when the government puts their foot down, and do the needful by making the punishment for kidnaping, banditry and terorism (to be) dreadful eneough to put fear in them. Anything other than that will only amount to a "treadmill experience"...
