Divorce is not that fast to finalize in Europe. Within how many days, he has finalized divorce, they have investigated DV claims, they have deported her. Yimu.
The cheating and deportation happened months back, he just brought the issue online recently to let everyone know what he has been dealing with and the final outcome.

Its possibly because hes her sponsor and maybe she cant afford the fees on her own. I know a family that has split in UK and the husband was given time to find another sponsor and get lawyer which was chopping his money. Hes working on sorting it out.
