  2. Yes, I have one that has matured and one that I will share after it has matured!

So sometime last year, they changed the CEO of the company my husband works! So because of this, there was a lot of restructuring going on with some even being let go! The boss of my husband’s boss was even affected.

In the midst of all this drama, my husband had the ‘audacity’ to ask his boss for a raise citing that he’s proved to be deserving of a promotion and a raise (thank God he didn’t inform me before asking cos I would have tried to convince him to hold off on that until the whole restructuring was done).

Long story short, after a few weeks, I got a WhatsApp message from my husband showing me his promotion and the increase in salary, it came with (yes, he tells me absolutely everything). This was when he now explained to me what he did to get it!

My Nigerian mentality screamed oh. ‘Guy, u no dey fear oh. What if they had said ur wahala was too much and then the let u go’, I said!

My guy reminded me we were not in Nigeria and he knows his worth and value to the company!

I actually remember when I was telling him that I was praying for a promotion for him and he just dismissed it saying ‘which kain promotion will they give him just two years in since he already has like a good position and salary’.

But I told him ‘you don’t know what God can do oh’.

I reminded him of this conversation and he just laughed.

So yea, this is my own testimony. So while I’m still waiting on God for my own job, I’m also constantly praying for greater heights for my husband because he has proven overtime that if it’s good for him, it will definitely be good for me too!

Forget all gbagauns abeg, I’m still unpacking ๐Ÿ˜‰.

In about a week’s time, I will share my second testimony!

  19. Well, my own testimony is almost done. Just a little. I pray God speeds it up fast. Though I already took some sort of audacity and was massivey favoured.
I told my mum few days ago, that I have a good news and it's almost done. I don't want to give her half baked news. I trust God to perfect this and let say my testimony in full. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ

  22. Three years ago in the month of May, I moved back to Lagos almost penniless and jobless.
It was a reckless move and still now,I still don't understand where I got the audacity to resign without a job and to move back to Lagos.
I am glad I didn't tell people when I did because as soon as they heard, they said I will suffer.
They said so because Lagos is crowded so they think there won't be space for me.
It's been three years and I am forever thankful to God that i made that move.
