    'Do not complain.' James 5:9 NCV


    Whatever you keep doing becomes a habit. That's why James says, 'do not complain' (James 5:9 NCV). Author Jon Gordon says, 'A complaining fast won't just make everyone around you happier...you'll experience more joy, peace, success and positive relationships.'

    Instead of complaining:
    (1) Practise gratitude. Giving thanks for three blessings every day energises you and makes you feel happier. It's impossible to be grateful and negative at the same time.
    (2) Encourage others. Instead of complaining about what people do wrong, focus on what they're doing right. 'Encourage the people who are afraid. Help those who are weak. Be patient with everyone' (1 Thessalonians 5:14 NCV). Overbalance criticism with more praise.
    (3) Focus on your success. Every night, write down something great about your day. It could be an uplifting conversation...or an accomplishment you're proud of. There's an old saying, 'Nothing succeeds like success.' When you focus on success you set the stage for more to follow.
    (4) Learn to let go. Stop obsessing about what you can't change; focus on what you can influence. When you stop trying to control everything and place your life in God's hands, things have a way of working out.
    (5) Use the power of prayer. Paul says, 'Pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests.' (Ephesians 6:18 NIV). Prayer reduces stress, boosts positive energy and promotes health. When under pressure, instead of complaining, plug in to God's power to recharge your batteries.

    Why will you be in an abusive marriage and still remain married to that wicked spouse 🤔 💭 🤔 I saw a picture of a woman who survived acid attack from her husband, the man have been beating her since they got married but when the beating could not get to her like he want. The idiot poured acid on her and deformed her face with neck.

    I saw rhe picture and the woman said she survived the acid with abuse. Why wait till he disfigured your face before you can walk away from such marriage? Is marriage a do or die affairs? Is marriage a ticket to heaven or the only thing a woman have to achieve?

    To my follow gender please love yourself, empower yourself, have your own money, respect yourself. Don't let any man play with your emotions, is better to answer divorcee than to answer the woman with deformed face from her husband. Because when you have that deformed face no man will want to marry you again but that your husband will have plenty women running after him. Be wise 👌

    A lot of men learned “manhood” from fathers who never respected women and mothers who overprotected them from accountability.

    So now you get grown men who want loyalty but never learned respect.
    Want submission but never learned leadership.
    Want peace but communicate with ego, pride and control.

    Some mothers raised sons like little princes while their daughters learned sacrifice, chores, emotional maturity and responsibility early.

    Then everybody acts shocked when those boys grow into men who think cooking, emotional intelligence or treating women kindly somehow reduces masculinity.

    Children watch everything.A father’s treatment of women becomes a son’s blueprint.A mother’s overindulgence can become a man’s entitlement...And later in life, relationships suffer for it.
