US Federal Court Jails Nigerian‑Born Professor For 5 Years And 10 Months Over $1.4m Donor Fund Theft

Chai.....Nkechy why na????

A United States federal district court in Michigan has sentenced Nkechy Ezeh, a former executive director at the Early Learning Neighbourhood Collaborative (ELNC), to 70 months in prison for orchestrating a scheme that diverted $1.4 million in taxpayer and donor funds meant for vulnerable preschool children.

District Judge Hala Jarbou described Ezeh as “a fraud and a thief” who carried out a “brazen and widespread” operation to steal money intended for some of the most vulnerable children in West Michigan.

  4. Not even for the sake of the ten years or more of post-secondary schooling, her professional reputation, or the family shame and disgrace did she consider the implication of her actions.

If she felt compelled to steal and could not resist for whatever reasons, why steal from children in need. This woman had to be making a good income and out here pulling food out of needy children’s mouths. Lock her reckless azz up and throw away the key.

    1. She definitely thought she was still in Nigeria to have engaged in this level of heartless corruption
She exported the evil level of wicked corruption they do in Nigeria with her to the USA
She thought she would get away with it as it happens in Nigeria
That is almost six years imprisonment for you wicked woman
I wish she had committed the crime in New Jersey so that they could have sent her to Edna Mahan Correctional Facility, one of the toughest female prisons in the US
She would have heard ween at the hands of the prison officers
Women leave that prison with complex PTSD so bad they are forced to seek therapy for it
