Nigerians Cleared To Sell Excess Solar Power To The National Grid
Nigerians are now allowed to feed surplus electricity from their solar systems into the national grid under a new policy introduced by the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission.
The initiative enables homes and businesses with certified solar setups to supply unused power and receive compensation, supporting decentralised generation and easing pressure on the national network.
