Media Personality Toke Makinwa has stated that she has never dated a guy that has confidently asked her for financial support.
During an episode of her podcast, Toke Moments, she said
"I don't want to hear when women say these things, I sit down and I ask myself, men don't ask me for money, maybe there's something written on my head, maybe before you say it, I give you all my problems, before you ask me, i am already listing...today I have headache o.. I've never dated a guy who asked me for money, if you have 5k, I will use 3k out of that money, I'm thanking God for that grace cause I've never dated a guy that has confidently asked me for money"
But you confidently ask the men you date for money. The stupidity or entitlement or shamelessness of these women. SMH @ absent or failed parenting taking a toll in raising generations with neither values or shame. Its a double jeopardy

DeleteRelationship racketeering. Relationship laundering. While it may sound nice to the ears of those who see some of these people as "celebrities", it's important that we raise our children, male or female, to avoid selfishness and greed. And to avoid manipulating others just for financial gains.
DeleteI will never be surprised at what Toke markets. She's in the "whoredom" industry; where the privates are traded and given to the highest bidder. The only challenge is that her naive followers may not know. I always advise my daughters to avoid following celebrities on social media. A large percentage of them will only give you lessons "in a vain shadow".
It doesn't work for you don't mean it will not work for others.
