DeleteSome of the people they used their photos are not aware o. It happened to me.
ReplyDeleteI made a beautiful style and wore it to a wedding. One of the commercial photographers there at the event approached me to give me a nice wait-and-get photo. We agreed on the price, and he took several pictures of me and went to print them. When I saw him later and requested for my photos, he apologized and said that the film abi negatives ( I can't remember now) got damaged at the printing place and there was nothing he could do. Since I hadn't paid him yet, I just left empty-handed in annoyance because I needed the pics.
After a few months, people that know me started telling me that they saw my picture in fashion catalogue.
So only one camera man there a day hoevmuch was a picture back then h please

Delete@ Anon, there were many other photographers there that day, but when he informed me of the damaged photos, I couldn't engage another photographer because they had all come back from printing and were already giving their customers their photos. It was already getting late in the day too. Even that my photographer was giving some people their own photos but said the batch for my own got damaged.
Delete@Castle I felt violated, cheated and used. I felt really really bad. I wished I could sue the catalogue people; but they don't normally have addresses on those things.
