ReplyDeleteThere is a difference between a sincere apology from a remorseful heart ( I mean the one you do wholeheartedly) knowing that you have offended someone,and the one you do because you are persuaded to do so not like you feel that it's necessary.( When ego is involved)
ReplyDeleteWhen you allow issues to escalate, sometimes the apology may no longer be appreciated even when it's accepted. For instance apologizing when a lot of damage has been done.
