President Tinubu Departs Jeddah For Abuja After Completing Umrah In Makkah

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has left Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, for Abuja after completing his Umrah in Makkah. His plane took off from the Royal Terminal at 5:13 pm Saudi time.

He was accompanied to the airport by the Deputy Governor of Makkah Region, Nigeria’s Ambassador Yakubu Gambo, and Consul‑General Muazam Ibrahim Nayaya. Tinubu also held a brief meeting with the Deputy Governor before departure.
During the visit, the President performed Umrah rites and received the rare privilege of entering the Holy Ka’abah, where he prayed for peace, unity and prosperity in Nigeria.
Tinubu returns with renewed commitment to the Renewed Hope Agenda, alongside NSA Nuhu Ribadu and several governors.
