BLOOD OATH - I Took One And I Am So Scared!

....That moment when you very young and so in love and without a care and you pierce each others fingers, interchange hands, lick and swear to love each other forever!

......That moment when you can no longer that that persons bullsh**t and you decide to take a walk because it isn't working out and it doesn't look like it ever will!

.....That moment when it dawns on you that you took an oath to stick together or die trying to walk away.
When moments like this come and you are faced between the devil and the deep blue sea what do you do?

I know some girl i was in high school with, the blood oath she took changed her life for the worse when she took a walk and even when she went half crazy and got back together with the guy,she still isn't the same till today.laughs when no one is talking, attacks people..oh different stuff...she didnt end up well and the guy never prospered at anything..they are prolly still stuck together and regretting toying with their destiny's.

When she took a walk, the bittered lover allegedly activated the blood oath curse!

When you find yourself at this junction what do you do?worry and look for help or shrug it off and move on?

My name is A********.********  i am a medical student and currently studying in Ukraine. my problem is that, about 3 years ago before i left Nigeria for Ukraine, i was in a very serious relationship with a girl and we were so childishly in love that we convinced each other to take a blood oath, promising not to cheat or jilt one another.

Things were going fine and we had a very good relationship not until last year November. Im in my Third year and presently preparing for KROK(MBBS) exam, hence, very busy and couldn't keep an open line of communication for some period of time, i was very cold towards her, wasn't thinking straight(yes, i admit).

This happened during the strike in Nigeria and apparently she was bored and  was calling more than ever and this got me kinda irritated. Fast forward to 2014, she told me she wants to move on which it seems she already did, i tried to apologise and explain things to her but all fell to deaf ears.

Now, the OATH.i have millions of questions unanswered. whats next? im too scared to move on. im just stuck. please i would like to have an insight about what i have gotten myself into if any one has any experience to share.

I was just a kid in love then, i regret every bit of it but please, i know little or nothing about what will happen if i ever dare to move on. Will be going home next summer and trying to have a mutual understanding with her so we can break it. but can it be totally broken?.

Please, i just need to know if anyone has been or is in my shoe. no matter how much will shy away from this topic, people still indulge in it. I regret my actions already. Thank you ma, as i look forward to this on your blog in anticipation.

P.S: its not affecting my academics in anyway.

    1. Blood is not water. That is why there's power to cleanse sin in the blood. That was why Abel's blood spoke. That is why some would rather die than live from blood transfusion. Poster,if you are worried, then your spirit being is uncomfortable. This oath may after all be spiritually binding.Meet with her, fingers crossed, she's worried too about the implication of the tie. Both of you must come under a higher mediator,a deliverance minister, and break it! Let anyone say its mere superstition but note that you ve nothing to lose by breaking it formally.Better be safe than very sorry.

  5. If she has truly moved on like u said, then observe her for som tim and if nothing happens to her, u can as well do likewise. Also, I think that if the two ppl involved in a blood oath mutually consent to break it off, there shouldn't be any attendant consequences, so wen u come back, sit her down nd talk wt her. If both of u agree, break it off. Nothing will happen to either of u

  6. Well u didn't mention the content of the oath u both took, I mean the exact words u used when taking the oath. I stupidly exchanged one with my then childish lover years ago, we said we both would be childless if any of us walks out of the relationship, well I left him and travelled out years ago and I moved on, got married and today I'm blessed with 4kids with my oldest being 12, and he has 2kids. Though he still calls every now and then to say he cannot move on, he still dreams about me and what not, he thinks it's the oath but me I'm not worried about him @all, I hate the sound of his voice and everything he says irritates me, I have stopped picking his calls. What I'm trying to say is that, I don't believe in it, so it did nothing to me.

  13. Oh dear! I was almost dragged into this shit act as a teenager!!! Thank goodness I fled with my heels touch my back!

Dear Poster: You can break the oath so no worries. When you get to Nigeria, have a civil conversation with her and since the power is in the words, both of you should hold hands and agree to break every soul tie that has held you together over the years. Renounce the oath taken and overwrite it using the blood of Jesus. Then part amicable and BELIEVE the oath is broken.
PS: This advice is based on the Christian faith where you believe there is power in the name and blood of Jesus Christ.

If you're a traditionalist, or an arteist, not sure what to advice.....
May you find peace as you move on...

A frd of mine took a blood oath with another guy back then in the villa, we her Frds never knew until when she left to Abj,got pregnant for another dude and gave birth to twins. Months later she ran mad and the guy too was insane though the parents of the guy where able to take him to spiritual homes and he is alright now. But my frd is still in chain asin MAD. She was a very brilliant n best student in the sch. Oath taking can ruin your life if you are not careful

    2. @Anonymous 2:38Pm it's got nothing to do with excalated Post Partum depression o! Growing up as a teenager I had a friend she was a love child. Her mum was mad(I used was cos it's been 6yrs ago I last last saw them)so I wouldn't know if she's gotten her sanity back. Her mum's madness was as a result of the blood oath she took as a young lady with her boyfriend while growing up. And they separated(not on a mutual agreement though)so her mum went man. Because she was the one that broke the covenant.

  16. When you get back to Nigeria, just go see her, talk to her and both of you should go to a deliverance ministry and go deliver yourselves from the covenant you both took, nothing might affect you or spouse, what of.your kids?just do the needful and be free, avoid the lazire fair attitude in issues as sensitive as this, a lot of curses come with blood covenants when gone wrong, its mostly the devils strategy to tie people bondage, come back to Nigeria and deliver yourself.

    ReplyDelete
  45. Well blood oaths are generally binding except broken! So my question is are you a born again christian? If so you are safe, but you would have to know the right scriptures, meditate upon them & pray with them. 'Cos he who the Son has set free is free indeed. "Forget nothing dey happen". You can't be afraid 'cos the fear will bring to pass the substance of the curses. Simply put, your fear will energize the curse, but faith in GOD will do the exact opposite,ie neutralize it because as a born again christian you have been initiated into the most secret of all secret organizations by the blood that speaks better things than the blood of Abel, whereby the blood of propitiation has sealed the everlasting covenant. Yes the covenant that super cedes any &/ all other covenants. The covenant with GOD Almighty that can not be broken regardless of anything done or undone. That blood is the blood of Jesus Christ that was shed on the cross of Calvary a couple of years ago. So bros, I dare say again "nothing dey happen". Covenant pass covenant. Blood oath pass blood oath. If you haven't accepted Jesu as you Lord & personal saviour, just repeat this; Father I come to you now in the name of Jesus Christ, I confess today that Jesus Christ is my Lord & my saviour, & I give you all the glory. Then you must start going to church, 'cos that will be a sign that you really want this new life. Anything outside this could be very perilous. Enjoy & GOD bless you plenty

It doesn't have anything to do with your academics. Its your relationship and settling down that you both will know what's up. Blood covenants are very strong bonds that my dear the grace of God na im go save you, but you and the girl have to get together to break the oath which you both agreed on. Without that, my brother I no sabi again. Better find your way down here and break the oath with your gal and free yourselves from eternal bondage. Ie if both parties are on the same page oh.

  56. Blood oath is a serious obligation and should not be taken for granted. From previous stories I have heard in the past it does affect the parties most especially the one who broke the oath. To set ourselves free you both have to agree that you both don't want the relationship anymore. But if one party is still interested and feel pained who ever breaks the oath will surely see the repercussion. It might not be immediate but it will surely come. The way you entered in taking the oath is the way you both will break it. you don't really need a pastor or iman.

Either of the party who does was going to die. My sister had to run away from home to live with the guy in Ibadan when my Parents came between them. After about a year, the guy died of simple headache. My sister cried and all then, she moved on and got pregnant for another guy. When it was time to deliver, we woke up at the middle of the night to see her struggling and rubbing her nine months old pregnancy against the ground hardly. Later on, she started saying and shouting thing we didn't understand(He is here to take me! look at him!! nooo!!). She was running in circles while trying to avoid the person that was coming for her. She regained consciousness and we took her to the hospital. There and then, she went into coma for 11 days and never returned. The child was brought out through CS but died 3days after. My family did not know about this until her death when the person she told confessed to us. She was there through all the trouble but didn't mention it to us until she died. So, OATH taking is a serious matter and needs to be broken properly to avoid future problems...

  78. Am a victim of this blood oath of a thing ooo when I was 16years old I got involved with a guy from my hometown who was 7 years older than me he wanted to have me and I refused so he assured me he loves me and would make me a wife next he brought out a razor and cut each of our fingers and we licked our bloods and promised to marry ourselves. So year’s later we moved on and never met again and we both neglected our childish actions and in my life I was facing many problems bloody issues I am always involved in a fight so many scars on my face and body everyday and sewing my body in hospitals and I eventually got pregnant cause I hated my self and wants to have a baby girl to give my beauty to cause I am very beautiful but I felt am being spoilt so I gave birth to baby girl and I was also rejected by my baby dad till I gave birth to my child and I began to hussle to care for my child as a single mom when I first had my kid 2months later a snake came to stay in my room for 2weeks without hurting me but it was very scary experience though I later made it in life and my baby dad return not knowing he came to dupe me well I fought my ways out of his issues and ran with my money and my daughter who is now 5years old so for many years I didn’t go to my village so one Xmas I decided to travel lo and behold the first day I reach my fathers house comes the guy I did blood oath with he have been looking for me for 7 years without knowing how to reach or contact me someone I already forgot to cut long story short this guy was actually facing same problems I was facing in life he mistakenly impregnated a girl who also behaves like my baby daddy a gold digger and a serial cheater so she gave birth to a boy and his parents needed to be able to claim the child they went and drop a drink on the girl head and she came to his house and lived though he based in Lagos the lady is in village in his family house so he traveled had sex with her and she fall pregnant and have both again so he has two kids but all this he never told me cause after I traveled back to Lagos we started dating again and I told him all I passed through and he hide his secret of having kids ,,...all he and his parents was doing was pressuring me to marry him so this last Xmas we traveled to our village and my daughter was with us and this guy and his parents came and paid my bride price and all and they took his kids to his mothers village hidden them from me then we went for a show and I got issues with a girl who call me a husband snatcher so I was surprised so I started my investigation and found out that he had 2kids though he didn’t marry that girl properly and the girl left him to another man cause they were having serious issues and he never wanted her it was a mistake and same as me so after I found out the truth and still in shock though he love my daughter and cares for her we now live together and his such a loving man who I always pray for but they deceive me in marriage and even before we traveled for the marriage he always carry razor and seeks to renew the blood oath we took in past never agreed but we went to village he countinue begging to do it so I accepted and did the 2nd blood oath so am really tied but the guy is lovin and faithful and the babymama can never return to him cause it was never love between them same as me but am so angry each time I remember how he hide his past to me till I marry hide and did renew of blood oath we are very ok financially and am more richer than him but I feel so loved and complete with him so that’s my take in this blood oath is real avoid it .
