Doctors In House Section - Friday

huh?

QUESTION ONE

MINTY SANITARY PADS

Has anyone tried using scented sanitary pads and panty liners?

I recently purchased the Hibis panty liner with Aloe in error and i have been feeling funny. This brand of pads and liners is from China and it is supposed to contain herbal extracts that helps with menstrual issues, prevent stuffiness and odour during and after your period. I do not have any of these issues.

It has a strong minty smell and I have been feeling minty all day. Like the mint is going through my Vjay to my womb. I have researched all day about it and have gotten no negative feedback but I just need to be sure. Is there any side effect. Has any one tried this particular brand of pads and panty liners?

People say its all in my head and that it is fine but i will appreciate some feedback from you guys. Thank you.

Hian!.

    1. Lol. Poster, I don't know about you but when i use anything scented down there I get really bad trush! That includes soap, scented panty liners, even detol! Do you even know that panty liners also cause some discomfort.. please allow your pussy to breathe sometimes by just washing it with water only and wearing full cotton pant. Forget g strings unless it's absolutely necessary. All the best.

    2. Dear poster, ditch them na. Is it until you get an infection? Most sanitary towels do have slight scent tho. Always has it, years back they used to have quotes on every wrap in a pack too. They were beautiful. But not strong enough that you'd feel it. Please drop them. Buy another. Minty vjj :)

    6. Angelraysdk menstrual blood doesn't smell please. ..dissociate yourself from anyone with smelly period...If it smells, how would people be on their period and still go out? It is odourless or at most has a slight almost unnoticeable smell.

When people don't have problems, they invent some for themselves!

    Minty pads!

If anyone smells after her period or even during, her problems are strictly hygienic and no amount of "effirin", scent leaves or this mint can solve the problem.

Madam, you shouldn't have used it after you saw the funny description.

Down under there is a sensitive place.

Now that you've introduced this suspicious Chinko jazz leaves into your reproductive system, you might needed to visit a Chinese Babalawo for cleansing.

  23. I Always tell people, Stay away from all those scented, herbal Chinese Sanitary pads!!

Your vagina cleanses itself on its own.
You are even advised not to use scented soaps when washing there in order not to disrupt the pH balance of your vagina which can lead to odor.

Use normal pads and wash your vagina with lots of water.
If you have an odor, go see your doctor and treat infection.

Ever since I discovered this info, I have been better for it.

Anyways, I am not a Dr. The Dr's here will Kowaciate more on this.
