#NigeriaDecides 2015 - Post Your Congratulations For Gen Buhari The New President Elect...

Everyone has been congratulating the new President elect of Nigeria (Rtd) Gen.Buhari, you should not be left out.

Like i said on facebook, the 'war' is over and it is time to start laying bricks to rebuild Nigeria.
The baton has been handed over to someone else but the race to a better Nigeria continues and a success story can only be recorded if there is Unity.

I wish the president elect the best of luck and the peoples continued support on the new job and pray that God guides him as he begin to select those he will work with.I also pray that God gives him hindsight to see the sycophants surrounding him even now and gives him Solomon's wisdom to keep them at arms length.

I pray that he picks young men and women who are qualified for various positions and makes away with the old clique of politicians!

Please post your congratulations and words of advice/shout out for the new president elect if you have any.

God bless Nigeria and everyone who genuinely loves her!

No where to be found, GEJ n GMB r the least of the people that should near that seat, they r incapable! I weep for my beautiful lost country, God Almighty please bring a leader, we don't mind how long but let the leader come. I'm sure most of u here r young boys/girls, u don't know much about Buhari, history cannot carry everything. Except this man had changed, if not suffering is just starting.

    11. I must commend GMB in the upcoming elections.as Nigeria's first Presidential-Elect after the first term in any democratically elected Government in Nigeria's history. His perseverance and relentlessness over the last 16 years. He won 3 states in 2003.10 states in 2011 and he will become president in 2015.
Special thanks to the ACN caucus, that was once the AC and AD and possibly NADECO and even SDP. Tough guys. Serious guys, innovative men. Most importantly, strategic in their approach and conduct.
But for me, personally, I reserve the most congratulations for a humble man, a man who meant well for Nigeria over the last 4 years but perhaps couldn't quite deliver, his name is President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, GCFR. My reasons are as follows:
      1. OBJ rigged his re-election, OBJ rigged his Yar'adua's election. GEJ via INEC held what was perceived in 2011 as the freest and most credible election in Nigeria since 1999. You and I know that if Mr. President wanted to hold on to power past May, 2015, he could have (yes, there might have been grave consequences), but the powers are vested in that seat at Aso Rock. But he chose not to.
      2. Mr. President was also the first person on PDP side to congratulate GMB and accept the result based on the margin. What does this mean? Does he not have the powers to not accept the result and send MEND or even security operative to the National Covention Centre to completely disrupt the event? Does he not have the powers to incite the military against democracy in Nigeria and ensure all the fracas results in a coup? Who would be the winner in that scenario? What were Netanyahu's ratings before his election? What were Obama's ratings before his reelection? What were Bush's ratings before his reelection? Anybody who has experienced Governance in any part of the world clearly understands generally 2nd term elections are typically more difficult than 1st elections? More so, when the GLOBAL economy is in a worse shape at the time of your reelection. Netanyahu, George Bush and Obama are all perfect examples of using your Power of Incumbency.
So my people, today, in my opinion, officially marks as a huge leap towards the development of Democracy in Nigeria and Africa at large. The largest economy in Africa, the country with the largest black population in the world, the 'Giant of Africa' will transition from a PDP-led Government to a refreshing APC-led Government come May, 2015. This is due to GEJ. He is a gentleman. GEJ is a noble fellow of uncommon and enviable qualities. It might seem as though I am praising him... any YES I am. His actions have and will keep this country united. He did this in the best interest of Nigeria compared with the usual selfish interest.
Last year, I recall that there was no recipient of the Mo Ibrahim Award for Excellence in Leadership. In my humble opinion, I believe that GEJ deserves this award this year. I also believe he should be in prime position to pick up the Nobel Peace Prize. We all have just witnessed history being made. This election will be case studied across numerous educational institutions and Governments around the world.
Thank you to GEJ for giving us Nigerians better elections in 2011.
      Thank you for this election.
Thank you for accepting this result.
Thank you for calling GMB to congratulate him.
Thank you for being a gentleman's gentleman.
Thank you for making Nigerians proud on this 31st day of March, 2015.
      Thank you for DEMOCRACY.
Long live Democracy in Nigeria and Africa!
Long live Nigerians both here and Diaspora!
      Long live Nigeria!

The only mistake GEJ made was him surrounding himself with vipers and also lacked the leadership qualities of communicating and reading!!! My dear GEJ remained the best thing that happened to Nigeria! One day you all shouting #Saibuhari will look back on this day and regret your actions #nuf said#

    6. They don't get it and well never get it!!

Nigerians were willing to try someone else and saw Boohari as the better option not because they like him but they were desperate for a way forward.

As a matter of fact, i still prefer Goodluck to Boohari. However, issues like governance of a nation should be devoid of silly sentiments.

Nigerians gave Goodluck a chance, they voted for him, they voted en mass so if they voted him out on this occasion then he must have disappointed them.It is that simple.

But my people, work just start o! We got a nation to build and that job is not for the faint hearted cause its a lot of work and doesn't happen in 4 years!
To all who prayed fervently for the peace and successful conduct of election in this nation in the past months, please don't relent. The real work is just about to start. I call on all Nigerian to work with this new team towards a better Nigeria. If it doesn't work again, it is to our shame.
    ARISE NIGERIANS!! ARISE!!!

  27. Congratulations, the People's General! I have never met u personally but everything I know about u indicates that u r a man of integrity and determination. I have no doubt that u will bring these attributes to bear in leading this country back on to a course of sustainable growth and better quality of life for the average Nigerian.

There is little time to waste in attacking the task at hand and I expect u to form a transition committee that will focus on a detailed game plan for each critical sector, particularly power and education. Please fix these two and watch the private sector take care of the rest.

    Congratulations once again and Godspeed.

  28. Congrats to my new president, we are waiting to see the reason you insisted ruling again after 3 time trail. We want to see results in the next 1year and above, if you fail impeachment awaits you or will boot you out in the next 4years. Everything is possible now in Nigeria.
We want you to castrate Tinubu, Atiku,Obansanjo,Dezieni and others who stole our wealth. Let them drop part of their stolen fund for Nigerians. Is time you surround yourself with competent people not people like Saraki and co. Create jobs for the jobless youths, security, electricity and rain on Dangote who monopolised cement and sugar through government support. Change EFFC chairman with competent person as the current can't fight corruption. We wish you the best. Thanks to GEJ for creating the atmosphere for peace. Nigeria belongs to everyone.

  31. One more thing.
To all those who have a larger than life expectation, please manage your exceptions well. In fact, what I advise is to brace up for real contribution that can make a real difference in a nation. Things are pretty bad at the center presently. This economy has been mismanaged and almost grounded to a halt. Such things take time to build. We need to work together o. The road ahead is rough but the destination is a good one, if only we will persevere.

Try to Open up communication lines directly with Nigerians and feel the "pulse" of the people from time.

Nigerians deserves 24 hours electricity. Good hospitals and good medications. Abundant supply of Petrol and kerosene, food, security, jobs and every good thing enjoyed by other Nationals of Good Nations out there.

Furthermore, scrap the Subsidy crap! Repair the refineries and make life easier for every Nigerian.

Lastly Fire Diezziani, Abba Moro, Iwealla and Set up a New EFFC crew. Hire people with positive vision and mission.

An average Hausa man always want to be in control whether they are qualified or not they do not care. Hausas' since you people believe being the president of Nigeria is your birthright, make una carry dey go.
One thing i'm certain about is that, God almighty allowed this to happen and not any man. God took pity on us because if GEJ had won, the number of Christians that would have died by now in the hands of those fanatical hausas's would have been too much. Linda, see you making demands, what did President Goodluck do? Did he do a fraction of what you listed above? The rot in the system needs to be cleared first and it will take about two years to do that..
I am a realist, I personally don't expect him to achieve anything in the first one year except send Mama peshe to English school..
Nigerians just need two point agenda now:
    Security and power!

You foolish souls would have rigged it and we would have diced you into pieces. You want the foolish weakling to remain there so you people can go to your Biafra. I wonder what is holding you Israelites back. Baba should let you bastards secceed and kill yourselves with your fake products. Una no go dey sEe Yoruba or Hausa or TiV or Itsekiri do rituals again. You would start using your mothers and siblings. Linda eze, you will soon choke on your bile. Call him whatever you want to call him. The crucial thing is that he won.
