Counsel to Kabiru Aregbesola, Ajibola Basiru Esq., has written a letter to the Chairman, People's Democratic Party in Osun, Alhaji Ganiyu Ayobami Olaoluwa, asking him to retract the malicious and offensive statement made against Mr. Aregbesola with apology within 7 days of the receipt of the letter.
The respected lawyer added that failure to do so would activate legal action against him with attendant consequence and he demanded that the retraction must be published by at least two national newspapers, which must be widely circulated.
