    its 68...
    here's the logic:
    set 1: 06 and 16.. the first number is increased by 10 to get the second
    set 2: 68 and 88... the third is increased by 20 to get the fourth
    set 3: x and 98... this mean you would have to increase the 5th number by 30 to get 98
    hence.. x = 98-30 = 68
