Mama Nnuku's Gist Corner -Swearing

Mama is back with this mind bending piece...

The Gist:
Mama k, was deported back into her father’s-lands when she went to obodo oyinbo and broke bottle on a white man head.

Mama kay, is an elderly woman who is very popular in my neighborhood, as she wakes everyone up with swear. words and swearing every day.

When you pass by her window she swears, if you see her and greet her without she making attempt to greet you, you go receive swear as response .

The people who have lived in this vicinity know her styles and avoid her like a plaque while those who are new learn and adapt to it. Nobody was able to do anything about it, and there has been gossips flying around that eventually she would meet her match one day.

So this new family moved into their compound, and their room was opposite mama-kay room, and one fateful day trouble broke out  between the two occupants and mama kay was as usual swearing , when the swears was too much to handle , the woman went to the police station and brought police to arrest her .

The next day mama-k was released as she has signed an undertaking not to swear anymore, immediately she got home and set her eyes on the family who got her arrested she started swearing . the following convo took place

Mama k:  Haaa eyin le fi olopa mumi koni daa fun yin o (You arrested me it will not be well with you)

Woman: mama don’t forget you signed and undertaking that you won’t swear anymore

Mama k : Aye olopa oni daa kini je undertaking ( it will not be well with police, what is undertaking?)

The woman ignored her and went inside, mama k continued swearing whenever she set eyes on that family, that the family had to move out of the house before their rent expired.

The reason she swears is still unknown to us all , does old age make someone swear?

  9. She swears so much because she never got a good dicking in her life, the type that let your head spin and have you in a trance for weeks. Too bad she's too old to get some now. The power of the hood has transformed many loud mouth women and turned them into lambs.
