From what I see, the man appears to love his wife and first family. I saw that in the bd post he made for his daughter. Unfortunately his pride has made him go way to far. He has done despicable stuff dancing and tainting d woman. I doubt she wants him back again. Even his daughter commented that what used to hurt her no longer moves her.

DeleteYul is allowed to go and be with the one that makes him happy. I do not believe anyone can make someone else stay where they don't want to.
However, the method we use when doing things makes all of the difference.
And to be honest, any woman who respects a type of man that informs his wife and mother of his children of another using social media is a coward.
I am personally uninterested in Yul's choice. I don't know him. I have never watched any movie he is in. I knew of him on this blog.
Till this issue, I didn't know May and definitely not Judy.
I know of his dad. The very respected actor from things fall apart etc.
Bottom line, Yul goofed. And he did this thinking the woman at home will probably accept it like every other infidelity he displayed.
The lady singing his praises every hour must continue to do so to keep him from turning on her.
That's ok. They should enjoy their union but he should please be man enough to face the consequences of his actions.

ReplyDeleteFirst, Stella, your headline is wrong. It does not tally with what the press release states in black and white. It was Yul's lawyer(s) who wrote to the court to ask for adjournment on health grounds (that the lawyer would not be able to attend court because he is not well enough) and the lawyer to May who issued this public statement did not say they objected to the request for adjournment. Further, the statement says Yul was in court on the fixed day. It is not a flimsy excuse if a litigant is not able to go on with a case because his/her lawyer calls in sick. If the opposing lawyer has any info that the claimed sickness was false, he should have presented it to the court to oppose the requested adjournment instead of playing to the cheers in the public by this press statement.
ReplyDeleteSecond, the release of the press statement is obviously unprofessional practice and covert advertising. The tone and tenor of the statement is unethical at several levels. The only redemptive aspect to it is that it appears to have been made by legal clinicians as the letterhead suggests.
Stella, your blog ownership and publisher's right to couch headlines and to make comments in headlines or in a post is absolute. But you owe a duty to stay true to your profession's rules of sacredness of facts. Read the statement again and then read your headline. However, It is conceded that this comment may be wrong.
