DiddyGATE Trial - The Defence' Interesting Closing Arguments

The defence attorney, Marc Agnifilo took the stand.
He was a mess during the first half of the closing arguments.

Agnifilo almost turned the courtroom to a standup comedy show.
If he wasn't trying to be Trevor Noah, he was using the line of arguments that elicit emotions from blvck people - 'they're coming for a black man' 'the government is this and that'.

At different times he had folks cheering for the defense.
He said the horrifying surveillance video we all saw wasn't that bad.
His intro was, "Cassie had a boyfriend that was 10 years older than her. She lied that she was going to Miami for a booking just to cheat on her man and be with Diddy.

Cassie is the real winner here, she's sitting somewhere with $30m"
(Most females in the courtroom, the Diddy p!ck-mes were like, oh yea, all that money in her account and we can barely pay rent. Ride on Sir!)

Agnifilo said they truly loved each other, "If you're in doubt read the love notes; you'll cry."

He threw a jab at Diddy's former employee Capricorn saying "we can all agree that something is a little off with her, but fundamentally, she's a good person."
He referred to Capricorn's alleged kidnap.

If you recall, she said she was forced to take a lie detector test in a scary location over a missing jewelry. It lasted for a week but she went home everyday.
Agnifilo said "I've never heard of a person being kidnapped and then go home."
He said to the jury, "look around, y'all have been here for long hours, do y'all feel kidnapped?"

(Man was just making light of the testimonies)

He asked, "How was Diddy supposed to know what frkoff was consensual or not?
The government said all the frkoffs were trafficking, how do we decide which one was the trafficking, frkoff number 78 or 79?"
He also denied Diddy paying ezkorts for stuff.

For the Kid Cudi part where Diddy came to his home for having an affair with Cassie, Agnifilo tried to paint Diddy as a tough guy who's not afraid to engage in a brawl with another dude - a street fighter.

(That's why I said he was speaking to blvck people, cos stuff like that get them excited)

He said the female DNA found on the explosive in Cudi's car exonerates Diddy.
For the pr-st-tution charge, he told a fat lie!
"Mr Combs my client would never hire an ezk0rt for s#x"
He told the jury the frkoff videos where the men were seen engaging in x$xu@l acts with Jane and Cassie are homemade corn.

He argued that nobody filed a report against the defendant for anything.
The government started a case because it's Sean Combs.
"They are targeting him because of his fame, wealth and power"
In a dramatic move, he went over to the jury and told them "don't trust the government."

The defence rested their case.
****
The Judge was upset about the line about the government and instructed the jury to disregard it.

Attorney Maurene Comey from the prosecution came for Agnifilo, looking pissed.
She said, "I don't need to go over everything A
gnifilo said because I don't have the time, just these different parts."

She talked about the explosive found in Cudi's car with a female DNA. In her words, "Mr Combs doesn't even charge his own phone or get his own water, and the defence expects him to have been the one to throw the explosive? Really?"
"He said Mr Combs didn't pay for the ezkorts.

You mean to say the ezkorts were called to come and watch a 'masked m-st-rbating celebrity' while they sl##p with his girlfriend?"
"You called Mr Combs a fighter, yea right, that's only with women.
With men he uses weapons"

"You say Cassie and Jane Doe wanted to be in the frkoffs.
Did they want to do it with UTIs, r@w, in high heels for hours, with s0'res in the m-0uth?'

"They broke free from Diddy's manipulation."
Comey talked about how the girls appeared to be having fun in their text messages and frkoff videos.

She said they had to follow a script to please Diddy whichever way they could, else there were consequences.
"Let's be clear, the violence goes hand in hand with the s-x when 'no' was not an option."

She noted that he was generous with cash, however, "all of his generosity was a cost of their freedom"

Comey finished off saying "the defendant is not a good person, the defendant is guilty."
Diddy sat there looking like his soul had left his body.
