Totally wrong. It's not the child's responsibility to pay so why punish or beat the child for this?
ReplyDeleteI don't even think it's right for a child to beaten for coming late to school talk more of school fees.Ofcourse the rod/Cain should be used sparingly for disciplines.And if you as a headteacher can't take the delay any longer, you send the child home,it's that simple.
