Delta Police Reportedly Arrest Security Guard And Friends For Unalifing Judge
On December 6, 2025, Operatives of homicide section of State CID, Delta State Police command acting on intelligence arrested one Godwin mngumi aged 25 years.....Godwin is the security who allegedly murdered Justice Ifeoma Okogwu (Rtd) in Anambra State ....
The phone of the late RTD justice was also recovered from him. He confessed that he invited his friend , one Nnaji Obalum and one other suspect at large over to the house where they unalifed her..

ReplyDeleteGod have mercy, this is a case of using cat to protect rat, most of these security guards are thieves, some that are yet to misbehave is because they haven't got opportunities to do so.
ReplyDeleteI'm talking from experience, in my former place of work, there were three security guards that specialized in stealing, if you mistakenly forgot your phone or money, it's gone, he would even steal from his colleagues, even the money kept by staff to his fellow securities, until one day that he was caught red handed stealing from the company.
The second one stole all the phones that people were charging inside staff rest room when all the staff gathered for mandatory prayer section and ran away with them till today.
The third one connived with some staff and they were moving company's stuff outside to sell, and collecting his own shares after selling the stolen items.
And note, these are different branches but the same company, only God is the ultimate protector.
When I was in secondary school, I remember one of my teachers in a business class saying, "who is watching the security guard." That was many decades ago and I never forgot it. No one should place all their trust in any security personnel, always have a plan b, keep away from routines, especially when going to and from work, sometimes spring a new request out of the blue, invite relatives and friends to stay over with no notice if you live alone, sometimes another pair of eyes and ears can pick up what you can't. If you've never audited your business do one out of the blue, run a deeper check on background records, just do the completely unexpected at times.
