ReplyDeleteIn the Book of Genesis, it’s simply called “the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.” It doesn’t name a specific fruit like an apple. So, it’s meant to be symbolic, not about the fruit itself, but about choice, temptation, and disobedience.

God told them to be fruitful and multiply. So clearly, sex wasn't the forbidden fruit. I don't even think there was a fruit of any sort though and frankly, I consider it stupid to put a tree in a garden and then expect folks not to eat it. But it doesn't matter anyways. None of that is real.
